Sarah will leverage the information from your intake form to design a plan which she will outline during the pre-session planning time.  You will work in collaboration with Sarah to ensure you receive the work on the areas you feel need it most.  

The massage will be a slow and intentional blend of Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Swedish techniques to best address your goals for the session.
